Our company has been driven and inspired by a single purpose: Authentic soup, prepared with love and care, for important moments of life.

For two decades, people have trusted us to provide wholesome soups, full of flavour soups, cooked with care every day, allowing customers to connect over soup, create warm memories, and bringing back the wonderful feel of childhood spent in the kitchen watching your mother cook.

We make real soup for real people and a typical customer relies on our soups to fill the gap in their lives, fuels their souls, giving the strength and energy needed to face another day. A variety of soups prepared with the freshest of ingredients make Mamee Soups loved by families everywhere.

When someone asked Mr. Chittibabu - Why Soups? He said,

"........ back then Soups were a sign of luxury! but I decided to bring soup into every home. Not just for the cold season but Soups for every reason.."

My constant quest was to source great quality ingredients and create tasty soups. I travelled to few Asian countries to master the art of soup making. With 20 years of experience in this industry we are excited to present Soups that soothes your Soul. We make sure you have fantastic moments with every sip.

Ms Gayathri Chittybabu is an entrepreneur, activist and a speaker recognized as the one of the most prominent voices advocating for a more humane. She is the managing director of GTJ Foods India Pvt Ltd, the independent Indian Soup Company that incubated landmark startups like MAMEE SOUPS.

She is a Co-Founder of Mamee Soups! Fresh soup company, Chennai based, fast-casual soup concept founded in 2000 by her Parents. Initially said to be a family business later become a private firm with 6 outlets across city. Aspiring MBA graduate from SRM school of management wanted to create an inspiring business model on her own and resulted in the expansions of her father business into innovating concepts in Chennai city.

She is responsible for strategic planning, concepts and menu evolution and vision and brand and culture and overall development for the Mamee Soups! Entrepreneurships is her passion and she wish to create a huge difference in many underprivileged women lives by creating more jobs and make them grow stronger & Independent.
